Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Erfahrung in der Konstruktion und Entwicklung von mechanischen Komponenten, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Batterietechnologie
Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software, insbesondere Solidworks oder OnShape
Kenntnisse in der Produktentwicklung auf Basis der VDI 2221 und ISO 26262 sowie Kenntnisse im PDM (Product Data Management) und PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
Von Vorteil sind grundlegende Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik, idealerweise erste Kenntnisse mit Batteriesystemen
Erfahrung mit 3D-Drucktechnologien ist wünschenswert
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative
Gute Deutsch oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your mission
Design and development of battery storage products, adapted to the respective installation site (air conditioning, mechanical stress, etc.)
CAD design with OnShape
Development of effective lifting and assembly devices for handling lithium-ion batteries during production
Creation of prototypes using innovative technologies such as 3D printing
Testing and building previously developed assemblies
Management and planning of products throughout their life cycle
Your profile
Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
Initial experience in the design and development of mechanical components, preferably in the field of battery technology
Confident handling of CAD software, especially Solidworks or OnShape
Knowledge of product development based on VDI 2221 and ISO 26262 as well as knowledge of PDM (Product Data Management) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering, ideally initial knowledge of battery systems
Experience with 3D printing technologies is desirable
Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and initiative
Good written and spoken German or English
